Loss with Sioni Bolnisi

In the 6th round of Erovnuli Liga, Locomotive Tbilisi was defeated in the match with Sioni Bolnisi. On April 14, the clash at Mikheil Meskhi spare stadium ended in favour of the guest team 1:2.

The destiny of the match was already predetermined in the first half. The score was opened on the 35th minute by Sioni Bolnisi. From the right wing, after the pass from Lasha Managadze, Revaz Tevdoradze and Nika Chanturia’s disharmonious action in the penalty area resulted in the auto goal by Locomotive’s captain.

The guest team scored their second goal on the 44th minute. From the left wing, the attack of the Bolnisi was further developed by Zviad Sikhaulia, who put his target on Jaba Dvali in penalty area, and he, in his turn, ended the attack accurately.

In just a minute, Loco managed to respond with a goal. Mamia Gavashelishvili benefited from the pass by Vato Arveladze and thus scored the second goal in the current Erovnuli Liga.

In the second half, in spite of the numerous attempts, the result could not be changed. Arveladze, Davit Samurkasovi, Lasha Gvalia and Gavashelishvili were given chances to score, however,  all of their shots turned out to be inaccurate.

On the 84th minute, Loco was left on the field with just 10 footballers. Irakli Komakhidze had to leave out due to his injury. By that time, the head coach of Loco had already carried out all the three substitutions.

After the 6 tours, Locomotive possess 4 points, occupying the 9th place. The following match of Lasha Chaghiashvili’s team is planned against Kolkheti 1913, on April 20. The match will take place in Zestaponi, at Davit Abashidze stadium, at 20:00.
