“We are very pleased with the fact that Locomotive Tbilisi, which is truly distinguished with its social responsibility , is with us.”- claimed the president of Goergian Football Federation, Levan Kobiashvili, after signing the Memorandum of Cooperation.
The memorandum was signed by Locomotive Tbilisi, Georgian Football Federation and the United Nations Population Fund on May 30, in GFF’s office.
The cooperations incorporates the issues connected to the promotion of Football among girls, establishing balance in sport and creating the equal possibilities for the female and male adolescents.
Our future projects involves two main directions, these are: Growth of masculine interaction in the process of achieving gender balance, and the promotion of girls’ football, in order to strengthen female adolescents.
Thus, I would like to express my special gratitude towards the United Nations Population Fund and Locomotive Tbilisi”. – claimed the president of GFF.
With the support of GFF and Locomotive Tbilisi, the footballers will take an active participation in those activities of UNFPA, that aim at the idea of gender balance and popularisation of healthy lifestyle.
