Loco Draws with League Leader Spaeri

In the 8th round of the 2025 Erovnuli Liga 2 season, FC Locomotive Tbilisi hosted league leaders Spaeri in Saguramo. The match ended in a 1-1 draw.

Our team conceded first, with Spaeri taking the lead in the 38th minute through a goal from Gegiadze. However, Loco came out stronger in the second half, and in the 67th minute, Menteshashvili converted a penalty to level the score.

As a result, after eight rounds, Giorgi Geguchadze Jr.'s side has accumulated 8 points and currently sits in 8th place in the standings.

In the next round, Loco will face Dinamo Tbilisi 2 away. The match is scheduled for April 28.
