A Friendly Match: Loco fails to beat an Olympic team of Uzbekistan

In the final match of the Spanish final preparatory stage Loco experienced a failure against the olympic team of Uzbekistan. The match was eagerly started by Uzbekistan, the mistakes made by Locomotive resulted in an opportunity for the hosts to score a quick goal. Soon enough, the rivals succeeded to score the second and the third goals as well, so they were promoted even in the first half already 3:0.

At the last minute of the first half, Irakli Sikharuidze broke one goal 3:1. From the very beginning of the second half, Loco was persistently attacking the rivals, the advantage obtained, turned into a goal only at the 85^th minute, Davit Jiqia made an use of the pass from Luka Kikabidze and reduced the difference to its minimum. Within the remaining time, Locomotive was trying to equalize the score, but the match still ended in favor of Uzbekistan 3:2.

Locomotive will be back to Georgia on February 23^rd and will continue the training for the Erovnuli Liga 2019 at Saguramo base.
