FC Locomotive Tbilisi will open the season with a match against Spaeri

FC Locomotive Tbilisi will play the match of the first round of the 2024 National League 2 season as a guest against Spaeri.

According to Revaz Gotsiridze, Loco's head coach, the team passed the preparatory stage at a high level and the players are ready for the season. Our players played 6 sparring matches with teams from the National League, and 3 with direct rivals from the National League 2.

Spaeri finished the last season in the third place in the championship and participated in the playoffs for the transition to the national league, but lost to Telavi.

Under the auspices of the preparatory stage of 2024, Loco held one friendly match with Spaeri and won 7:2. From our side, Luka Kekelidze, Lasha Ozbetelashvili and Mamia Gavashelishvili managed to score a double, while Turkia scored one goal.

Last season we played 4 times. 1 match ended in a draw, and we lost 3 times.

The match between Spaeri and Loco will start at 15:00 at the Spaer stadium on March 5.
