Loco will play in National League 2 in next season

2023 season for FC Locomotive Tbilisi is over. In the second match of the play out of the National League 2, our team lost 3:4 away to Rustavi, but won 7:4 in the total of the two matches and kept its place in the league.

Loco actively started the match held in Rustavi. Our team won the first half 2:0 with the goals of Tornike Molashvili and Nikoloz Basheleishvili at the Poladi Stadium.

In the second half, Rustavi attacked and in the 48th minute, Nika Toroshelidze reduced the difference, but Loco scored another goal soon after, Lasha Ozbetelashvili was able to appear.

Nika Japaridze scored the second goal for Rustavi in the 80th minute, and at the end of the match, Yuta Nakano scored a double and fixed the final score of the match - 4:3 in favor of Rustavi.

We remind you that in the first match of these teams, we won 4:0 with the doubles of Bidzina Makharoblidze and Lasha Ozbetelashvili.

So, FC Locomotive Tbilisi will spend the 2024 season in National League 2 again.
